Everything Bagel Veggie Bites
Yield: 10

Ingredients
1 cup riced broccoli
1 cup riced cauliflower
1 egg
¼ cup almond or cassava flour
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon melted ghee or avocado oil
Everything Bagel seasoning 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add all ingredients except ghee/avocado oil and everything bagel seasoning to a food processor and pulse to combine.
  3. Using a 1.5” spring-release cookie scoop or tablespoon measuring spoon, form bites and place on baking sheet. 
  4. Using your fingers or back of a spoon, spread the melted ghee or oil over the top of each bite. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes.
