Pumpkin Pie Gummies 
Yield: 24 

Ingredients
1 15oz can pumpkin purée
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves 
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅓ cup grassfed gelatin powder

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the pumpkin and almond milk and mix well until heated through. 
  2. Add the pumpkin mixture to a high speed blender along with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. 
  3. Place a silicone mini muffin tray on a sheet pan or cutting board that will fit in your refrigerator.
  4. Using a generous tablespoon, fill the tray.
  5. Transfer to fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.
